Together, we resolve and repair the trauma spells that have been running your life through somatic bodywork and nervous system care, gentle and brave inner inquiry, ritual and trauma context - through holistic alchemy.

I bring a combination of many possible modalities and tools to our work together, including trauma resolution techniques that incorporate Somatic Experiencing, IFS (Internal Family Systems), trauma resolution archetypes, inner child work and practical everyday tools to help you integrate and embody new ways of being.

On this journey together, you'll experience a space where you can be fully, tenderly human. A space where we radically trust in all of your parts, where we follow your inherent healing plan that allows your fears, your shame to feel safe enough to stand in the light. Where your wild, your joy, your readiness are celebrated. A space that allows for your Nos to stand on sacred ground, for your hesitation and doubt to be honored and not pushed. 


A space where we build bridges to all the parts that have become exiles throughout your story and hold them is soft, and brave new ways.

This is how we work together:

We begin with a free 45-minute connection call, where we’ll get a chance to feel into whether we’re a good fit for each other (wondering what a connection call is like? Scroll down to the FAQs to know more). 


If we decide to work together, we start with a 90-minute intake session. During this time we'll go deep and explore the path you've been on and tune into what post-trauma bloom would look, feel and be like for you.

After the initial intake, you'll receive your personal healing map to help you hold the visions of what's possible for you - it's an outline of the specific skills and practices you might need to develop in order to step fully into your post-trauma bloom.  

We then move into bi-weekly 75-minute sessions (same day and time - our nervous systems love consistency like that) where we go deep, walk softly in tender inquiry and tend to, resolve and repair what’s present.

Each session is a co-creation and collaboration.

A note on scope of practice: I don’t work with people who have (early) childhood sexual trauma or developmental trauma who have not done any healing work already (and/or aren't working with a therapist as well). If you're unsure if we might be a good fit, let's connect on a free call here.

  • you're under an acute trauma spell or in crisis mode without also seeing a therapist to hold the mental health container for this

  • you’re living in a dangerous or abusive environment (you are so deeply worthy of getting the help you need - this might be a possible starting point:

  • you want a quick fix or band-aid approach to what's been happening for you 

  • you're completely unable to meet your basic needs of water, food, sleep, etc. (it's totally okay to find these challenging but if it impacts your ability to show up, it might be more supportive to get in-person care where you are)
