If you send me an email about something else, I try to get back to you within 3-4 days

Rescheduling Policy
​
You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your session. I charge a $50 rescheduling fee if you want or need to reschedule within less than 24 hours of your session (this does not apply to emergency situations). ​

Being on Time Policy
​
I deeply value your and my time so please be on time. If you are late the time will be subtracted from your session (e.g. If you booked a 60-minute session and are 10 minutes late there are only 50 minutes left).

No Show Policy
​
If for some other reason than emergency you do not show up for our session, your session expires. You can rebook a new session for the normal price.

Cancellation Policy
​
If you cancel and ask for a refund at least 72 hours before a session you will get a refund. If you cancel within 72-24 hours before your session you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within less than 24 hours no refund will be given.
