What would it feel like if your inner narrative was deeply supportive and welcoming of all that you are without judgment or an urgency to fix?

Maybe it would feel like a whole body exhale. Maybe it would feel like coming home. What I know is that each and everyone of us is deserving of this kind of loving inner landscape that recognizes our inherent goodness.

And I also know that for most of us (especially if we have a history of trauma) building this kind of inner landscape and loving relationship with ourselves can feel wildly complex and maybe even unattainable if we've never experienced it.

The good news is that all we need is a bit of curiosity to begin shaping a more loving relationship with ourselves.

Together, we'll create a doable and sacred space for your body and your parts to be seen, heard and tended to. With the use of different modalities ranging from somatic body work and nervous system attunement, to parts work, rituals and integration practices to support this new momentum.

During our sessions, we focus either on tending to a specific area of your life or hold space for what's currently happening in your life and creating intensity. Both are equally powerful places to move from. + Reparenting yourself and learning about your natural blueprint of knowing how to truly care for yourself + Expressing yourself and your feelings in aligned, doable, and supportive ways + Following your body stories home and begin writing new ones that feel like deep nourishment + New ways of tending and being with your body and hearts and parts when you’re triggered or flooded + Being in alignment with your true wants and desires and cultivating sovereignty + Trusting yourself more fully and wholly + Reconnecting to parts that have been exiled and repressed, inviting them into present time and space for more whole self-expression + Exiting patterns and behaviors of quiet self-punishment and entering into a different relationship with yourself + Turning towards yourself instead of abandoning yourself when you need yourself most + Tending to the intersection of personal trauma imprints and business and helping your parts feel safer in your business and work

 

Everything is welcome in the coaching space and we'll continue to invite all parts of you into our sessions.

All parts of us can be met in ways that feel safe enough and doable for our system and our bodies. I believe that we're able to get to know, understand and compassionately relate to all parts within ourselves even the ones that we thought weren't lovable.

These moments of truly seeing ourselves are often doorways to deep relief and an inner rearranging to a kinder way.

On-going and long term support can feel foreign at first but oftentimes creates a big inner YES to ourselves and our system. When there's no rush, or urgency to "complete a program" or work through something in a specific time frame we give ourselves permission to step out of hustling for goodness - and we arrive home within ourselves.

These are the possible details for working together:

On going bi-weekly support with 2 x 60 minute sessions a month: $250/month

On-going weekly support with 4 x 60 minute sessions a month: $500/month

*a month notice is required if you want to change the frequency of your sessions or don't want to continue with your sessions

Wondering what a Feeler Call is like and what happens after? During a 30-minute Feeler Call, we'll get a chance to get to know each other and feel into whether we're a good fit. It's conversation style and there's no need to prepare anything, unless you'd like to. We'll start with a mini tune-in (think gentle breathing, orienting to the space you're in and invoking the space with a short blessing), I'll then ask you a couple of questions and share more about what we might explore in our time together. You'll also be able to bring any and all questions you have for me or our work together. We'll wrap up with some possible logistics and a check-in around how we're feeling. I know that some people are an immediate Yes to working together, and others need a few days or a week to feel into things. We'll agree on a time to check in about possibly working together and then sign off. After the connection call, I'll send you an email with all the possible details of working together. If you're a YES, I'll send you your contract (for you to review and sign) and your first invoice. We'll also find a recurring spot for our sessions in our schedules and begin with our first session.

For the last 5 years of my life, I've been working with women in immersive and gentle 1:1 coaching containers on body and parts based trauma resolution. 

People often find me and decide to work with me when they've outgrown their old ways of being and are longing for deeper acceptance (a coming home to themselves) and new tools to tend to themselves.

My work centers around the belief that we don't need fixing - we aren't broken or faulty - we are inherently good, lovable and precious. 

As a survivor of physical and emotional violence, I know how tender, wild and scary it can feel to step onto a different path than the one we've been taught by our trauma. To really choose yourself. To choose your life and joy and the freedom to be who you are, naturally. 

What I know is that we're all deeply deserving of choosing ourselves without hesitation - fully and wholly as we are.
